a customer representative suggested try posting these questions here.

we spent time monitoring issues docusign loading slowly. while slow every time, when slow seemed hang on particular point in process.

below screenshot of trace ran in browser , note element took 52 seconds load. when loading slow, seemed hang on particular element. offer reasons why take 52 seconds or more load part?

we have other questions:

  1. there seems continuous font downloading (2 or 3 meg in size) throughout process of loading page. occurs each time. why , can avoided?
  2. why see seattle connection site when of time chicago?
  3. we noticed docusign asks permission know our location. location factor document downloaded from? location used in embedded signing processes?

unfortunately, without bit more detail not entirely sure can tell why page loading slow. consistent? if same document (perhaps template?) see slowness?

as other 3 questions:

  1. in doing own test , decryption of web traffic via fiddler show fonts being rendered each individual tag , not entire document. due each tag having it's own attributes can set (font included).

  2. docusign data centers in seattle, chicago , dallas. docusign traffic can come of these 3 data centers system synchronously exists in 3 locations. more info can found here.

  3. docusign geo-location used leverage location capability of html5 enabled browsers signers ip address recorded either way. has no impact on data center traffic comes from. included in embedded signing process. can disabled on per brand basis in signing resource file setting node docusign_disablelocationawareness true.

mercurial graft feature, can it copy? -

there new feature in mercurial 3, called 'graft' (graft local). job of moving change-set different branch. is there way "copy" change-set branch? i interested in in moving stuff qa branch production branch, still need code reside in qa. want copy. found , have tried few things, maybe it'll become clear more tinkering , reading... does have better way of 'cherry picking' change-sets move cross branch (or trunk)??? graft copies changesets, doesn't move them. hg graft (emphasis mine): this command uses mercurial's merge logic copy individual changes other branches without merging branches in history graph. known 'backporting' or 'cherry-picking' . default, graft copy user, date, , description source changesets.
