is possible have filter specific hashtag in instagram api media/popular?
work (if possible): /tags/tag-name/media/recent sorted likes

their documentation doesn't state possible, wondering easiest way it...

instagram doesn't provides filter media/recent, provide number of likes of each picture. can them save on database , sort it. remember have update database likes updated.
