windows 8.1 - Access Virtual Smart Card In Javascript -

i trying access smart card through web browser (only ie), on windows 8.1, in javascript. given read on web, possible using activex, don't know application.class used access smart card readers, , smart card itself.

what activex object should instanciate access smart card readers ?

is other way open connection smart cards ?

(given project's limits, can not use winrt or create java, .net or web application)
